Meet our CEO

Since the 1990s, Ruben Melendez has been assisting enterprises with their strategic plans, monetizing technology solutions, and prioritizing digital and intelligent technologies investments. During the last few years, Ruben has been assisting business leaders with their business and competitive strategies and digital transformations and how to achieve strategic agility with AI, cloud, and emerging technologies. Ruben developed and is continually enhancing the Excellence in Value Creation (EVC) Framework. EVC is used by over 20,000 business and technology professionals and leaders worldwide for enterprise value management, value selling, strategic planning, and project and portfolio value management. In 2018 Ruben realized a need to help the C-suite and the operational leaders and their teams improve their collaboration to identify and prioritize investments in artificial intelligence and making workflows intelligent using the Human + Machine concept. in early 2021, Ruben then decided to launch the StrategyOps movement worldwide and, working with the StrategyOps Insitute, created a series of StrategyOps courses and certification programs using methods from the EVC Framework.
